Sigma 50-150mm f/2.8 APO EX DC HSM
5. Chromatic aberration
Analogy to Sigma 70-200 mm f/2.8 continues. Both 50-150 and 70-200 mm do not deserve "APO" inscription on casing, what is clearly showed in the chart below.
At 50 mm aberration is almost the same for all aperture settings and climbs almost to 0.10%. It is average value.
For focal lengths of 100-150 mm CA increases dramaticaly from low-medium to very high level during stopping down the lens. You can see it for yourself on pictures below.
