Fujiyama is a brand belonging to Marumi. Products of this company are valued by photographers on account of good price/quality ratio. Filters with DHG symbol are equipped with improved antireflection coatings and the glass edges are blackened to avoid internal reflections.

Usage
The ring turns smoothly with delicate friction sound, cleaning wasn’t troublesome. Its width makes it easy to operate but affects vignetting.
Summary
14th place in the overall ranking (24/37.5)The transmission curve is a little uneven. There are local minima around 600 nm (orange color), but they don’t exceed 10%. The coefficient of extinction of around 0.5/1000 is good for a foil polarizer. Violet color is not extinguished entirely, but it’s also the affliction of other filters. C1 and C2 graphs indicate that we’re dealing with a quarter-wave plate of zeroth order designed for the middle of visible spectrum. The polarizer has good optical characteristics, but antireflection coatings are missing and the wide ring doesn’t work that well on a wide-angle lens.
