9. Ghosting and flares
As for a lens of such a long focal length, Sigma surprises us unpleasantly by a large number of flares when working against bright light. They’re visible and easy to catch basically at all focal lengths, what can be observed in the pictures below.
Obviously, using the included lens hood improves the situation remarkably.
