10. Autofocus

During the work of the focusing mechanism we hear a distinct buzz. Neither its volume nor frequency are annoying, though, and after a moment or two we can easily get used to it. Taking into account the lack of any special ultrasonic motors, the autofocus is relatively quick. It takes about 0.7 of a second to go from the minimum focus to infinity and it is twice as fast the other way round. These results are good.

We should also praise the accuracy of the autofocus – in studio conditions it missed in only 3% of shots which is a very good result

The back focus, visible in the picture below, is a problem connected with the body, not with the lens.
