Our tests of M system lenses we started with two classic instruments– a Summicron, a 2/50 and a Summicron 2/28 - which, attached to a full frame rangefinder, are respectively a standard and a wide angle device. We chose the Summicron series because it is something in between extremely expensive and faster Summiluxs and cheaper but slower Summarits. We’ve already tested a wide angle instrument and a standard lens so now the time has come to test a telephoto device. In the Summicron series it is the Leica Apo-Summicron-M 75 mm f/2.0 Asph model.

The lens was delivered for testing purposes by the LeicaStore shop.
