When it comes to wide-angle full frame f/1.4 lenses Leica is a real record holder as it has had the Summilux-M 21 mm f/1.4 in its lineup since September 2008. The next complexity level is occupied by a 1.4/24 model, with the field of view of as many as 84 degrees. In this category there is a Leica model as well but this time Canon and Nikon keep up with that company. The Canon EF 24 mm f/1.4L II USM was tested by us last year so now the time has come for the Nikkor AF-S 24 mm f/1.4G ED.

The results of our test can be found in the following chapters - enjoy your reading!
