Cons: Large and heavy.
Pros: IQ of this lens is *superb*!! This lens has no flaws other than it is large, heavy and expensive, but it is worth it. Beautiful colour rendition, sharp as many primes and excellent bokeh (for a zoom). Almost faultless.
Summary: Highly recommended.
