The autofocus of the tested lens is noiseless. We also have no reservations concerning its fastness – it is perhaps not blinding but the whole distance scale is covered in about 0.8 of a second which is certainly a decent result.

The Samsung 2.8/20 plus the NX10 camera fared very well when it comes to the accuracy of the autofocus although a large depth of field didn’t really raise the standards high. In studio conditions we got just 2% of misses; also we didn’t have any front or back focus problems, in most of cases the lens hit the target as it should.
