Cons: Colour a little cold for my taste and less contrast wide open, but really, this is nit picking. Oh yeah, no AF.
Pros: Performance just stellar. IQ second to none. Pro build quality.
Summary: This is the one people, forget the rest. QL is right, it you see a good one just grab it, don't hesitate. Every time i see the images out of this thing i shake my head, its that good. Its a solid, precise instrument that never fails to perform. This is serious glass. I sold other lenses to get this, but i will never sell this. Sure the new AFS is amazing too, but which would you rather have in the bag in10 years time; a computerised polycarbonate lens with no aperture ring or this carved piece of mechanical perfection.

Pros: Superb Bokeh Suprb build quality With a DX camera it's a 127 mm portraitlens
Summary: I love this lens, It's suberb. The only reason for replacement is the lack of AF.
