Olympus ZD 150 mm f/2.0 is another one-of-a-kind lens that we might try in vain to find in competitors, and that’s taking into account its every aspect. When we look dry at the focal length and speed, there’s no equivalent. It’s closest to Sigma 2.8/150 Macro, which has a maximum aperture full one stop smaller. If, on the other hand, we look at angles of view there is an equivalent. Using APS-C sensor, we get the same angle of view with a lens of a 2/200 class. We find such instruments both in Canon and Nikon’s offer only, except that we have to pay around 4700$ for them. Compared to this amount, Olympus with its price around 2200$ seems like a modest Cinderella.

If we make a comparison of with a full frame, there’s no equivalent. In this case we need to make use of darker 2.8/300, whose prices are again close to 5000$.
