In this category the results, within the margin of error, are again very much like those reached by the stabilized model. At the shortest focal length we deal with low barrel distortion of -0.49% which quickly transforms into “pincushion” and, at 135 mm, it reaches the value of 0.28%. On further increasing the focal length the distortion increases too and at 200 mm it reaches an unobtrusive level of 0.49%. Using the converter makes the distortion change the sign and, in this case, we deal with a minimal barrel distortion again, amounting to -0.27%.

In no case is this aberration distinct - its effects would be difficult to notice in real photos.
