The manual focus ring is one of the biggest parts of the barrel – it is 22 mm wide and partially covered by metal ribbing. It also features a distance scale expressed in meters and feet. Its working range amounts to about 150 degrees, enough to ensure precise setting. Its performance leaves a bit to be desired as there is greater resistance when you move toward smaller distances than when you go to infinity.
