Cons: - Needs a lens hood - Not bright - Sharpness at f/3,5 could have been better - Tends to be overpriced
Pros: - Small - Build like a tank - Extremely sharp when stopped down - Incredible colors and contrast
Summary: Nice little lens. It\'s small, very sharp when stopped down and has surprising colors and contrast/micro contrast giving naturally a dramatic effect to pictures. This is why the lens is so special for landscapes. Negatives are it\'s not bright and not the best at f/3,5 (thought usable). Beeing out of production, it tends to become a collector\'s item and sometimes much overpriced. I strongly advise you to use a lens hood to avoid flare. I found the Nikon HN-1 works quite well.

Cons: Price (If you are not lucky to get a good second hand option)
Pros: Compact, Build quality, AF confirm chip is pretty accurate, MF ring travel range is very long, Look!
Summary: Such a fun lens! Also very serious build quality! This lens will serve you many decades. It is slightly bigger than Canon 40/2.8 but together they make a great combo as a travel/ walk-around package on the FF camera.

Cons: Could be faster, as max aperture is f/3.5.
Pros: Very small size, 100% metal build, no serious optical problems of any sort, ideal discreet travel lens. Use it f/3.5-5.6, and you'll get the best out of it! I use it to shoot the sky, and have not had any coma problems, as others have reported. Very much lens for the small investment, and a supers-mooth lens!
Summary: The best 20 I have found on the market, if one wants a new lens at a friendly price!

Cons: Sometimes I want it to be f/2.8 for creaative portraits.
Pros: Perfect for travels. Light. Bright enough. Infinity after 3m.
Summary: It is the one I wouldn't travel without.

Cons: Couldn’t find any con
Pros: Very lightweight and small size make it very practical for all day use. Great flare resistance, excellent contrast, color saturation. Even it’s a manual focus lens it can be the fastest focusing lens if you shooting in daylight (stoping down and using the DOF/ hyper focal distance you can get everything sharp from 1,8-2 meters till infinity)

Cons: none
Pros: very light all metal build build quality small near focus distance large depth of field low price sharp even wide open
Summary: This is a splendid walk around lens on APS-C 1.5, at 30mm focal length. With F8 there is no focus necessary at distances larger than around 1m. When judging this lens one should take all parameters into account, this is a 20mm! lens at around 200gr not a 100mm macro or 21mm Zeiss 800gr brick.

Cons: Poor IQ at the corners, even on DX - poor sharpness, heavy coma, high CAs below f/8. No AF.
Pros: Beautiful bokeh for a wide-angle, good flare resistance, very good sharpness at the center right from f/3.5, DOF markings and distance scale, spectacular build quality. Nice (not good) corner sharpness only at f/11, mushed otherwise.
Summary: If you can live without AF and don't print very large, this lens is a piece of jewelry and so much fun in street photography. Just don't expect great corner sharpness unless stopped down a lot. I recommend it to purists who love cautious framing and don't care much for optical performance but rather to who love photography in its pure form.

Cons: Overexposure by 0.7 stop on D700
Pros: Compact size; reasonable images @F8.0-11 in the middle, not so sharp at the corners on full frame
Summary: Small and can be an excellent lens for travel on APS dig camera

Cons: First copy returned because of severe overexposure-chip issue; chromatic aberrations in corners, not sharp until stopped down to f/8 even then corners don't tighten up
Pros: Flare resistant even shot into the sun, great color saturation
Summary: Doesn't live up to expectations given the price

Cons: no AF not fast
Pros: extreme light weight extrem compacity flare and ghost resistance quality when closed to F8 and F11 lower price than competitors
Summary: If you accept to work with the hyperfocal, this lens is really a killer when closed down to F8
