Cons: softer near minimum focus distance size/weight, but you should know this when you buy it.
Pros: very sharp from portait distance to infinity, no obvious falloff on the edges soft bokeh, moderate flare very good OIS (I use it on a Panasonic body, so no IBIS) excellent built quality; even the plastic lens hood, which sits on my the lens since day 1, even in the bag.
Summary: An excellent lens that sits on my camera most of the time. Would be near perfect, if it performed at close focus as well as at longer distances.

Cons: None that I have found.
Pros: Superb image quality at all focal lengths. Very capable for some macro work due to very close focus. Greatest strength is flexibility, durability, reliability as a lens to keep attached to your camera body in all occasions, unless you need some more specialized wide angle or telephoto purpose.
Summary: If you only had one lens for an Olympus OM-D or PEN camera, this should be the one.

Cons: Only really the weight - but it balances nicely with an em-1 series body. Possibly the max aperture might be limiting to some, but I have not found it an issue.
Pros: Sync IS is amazing. At the wide end, I can handhold at 1s or longer. Very sharp, even in the corners. Amazing focal length range at this level of quality.
Summary: My go anywhere, do anything lens for m43. It\'s pretty much glued to my em-1mkii. Buy one, you won\'t regret it.
