In November 2007, Tokina announced the release of the AT-X 116 Pro 11-16 F/2.8, which is supposed to compliment the 16-50 F/2.8 and the 50-135 F/2.8, further widening the set. Thanks to this, the manufacturer can provide us with a lineup of three lenses designed for APS-C/DX sensors maintaining the aperture of F/2.8 throughout the entire range of 11 to 135 mm.
