Cons: Image quality at the edges is bad with strong CA. The casing is not very a very solid construction.
Pros: Image quality in the center is ok. Small size and weight. USM autofocus.
Summary: It is for shure not the best wide angle out there, but it is very small and leight. If you don't want to carry a 1kg L lens with a little better IQ give this lens a try.
