Cons: Unacceptable vignetting, difficult to correct distortion, high chromatic aberrations.
Pros: Sharp, especially when stopped down. Nice colors. Good contrast at all apertures.
Summary: More than decent lens, maybe shadowed by the faster 21mm cousin
