Cons: 200 to 300 mm must be stopped down to f 11 - f13 at least to get sharper images

Pros: ++ extremely good correction of CAs between 70 and 135 mm (much more better better than Sigma 70-210 apo macro) ++ excellent macro mode at 300 mm with f 11-22

Summary: a very precious zoom lens - better than some competitors with their modern lenses at high prices - full recommendation

Cons: Not very sharp above 200mm. Rotating front element. Macro mode is a bit complicate to use.

Pros: Acceptable image quality between 70mm and 200mm. Very usefull macro mode with 1:2 magnification. Small size and light.

Summary: This lens fits perfectly in my back bag. I can take it with me for just in case. With its macro mode it is a nearly perfect lens for fotographing butterflies. Vor everything else there are better lenses but they are also bigger and more expensive...

Cons: Image quality loss between 200mm -300mm. Soft in the corners. Zoom factor could be better.

Pros: Excellent Makro capability. Very good between 70mm - 200mm. Fast AF in good light conditions from 10m and up.

Summary: Excellent lens for the price. Good value for money.
