On February 9th, 2009 Nikon have surprised everyone presenting the Nikkor AF-S 35 mm f/1.8G DX lens. Why surprised? Korean company Samyang has announced the new lens recently - Samyang 8 mm f/3.5 Asph. IF MC Fish-eye. The lens is designed for an APS-C format sensor, on which it can give a 180deg field of view..
