Cons: Very difficult with live insects. This lens is challenging with setup and focusing. Depth of field is microns of measure. Requires an almost professional set up of background and lighting so camera can be fixed.
Pros: I imagine any photographs taken using this lens would be appreciated.Could inspire the creative.
Summary: Bought this lens online for Canon EOS M3 which I\'m still learning to use. I couldn\'t take any pictures because I didn\'t know the manual settings. I recently signed up to Canon classes (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia) and the Canon staff where unable to take pictures with the lens on EOS M3 and told me it wasn\'t compatible. However, other forums with many camera brands have taken picture. Please tell me how to set the camera for pics with this lens!!! I can say that the super macro lens is easier to focus on 2D and 3D requires skill and patience. Live and moving specimens is almost impossible and challenging. I want to photograph seeds.

Cons: No complaint of DoF. None of lighting.
Pros: Super Macro offers the opportunity to fill the frame of a 35mm-sized camera with objects four and a half times smaller than the camera’s sensor and can focus as close as 20cm
Summary: I use the Zhongyi Mitakon 20mm f/2 4.5X Super Macro Lens together with my HD Pentax DA AF 1.4X AW Rear Converter on my Pentax K3 II without any problem. So, it will be a magnification of 4.5x1.4=6.3 !!!!!! This is really extreme macro.I use this for my work at best custom essay writing service. You can visit this site and check my photos.

Cons: - handheld is impossible - tripod is mandatory - light should be sufficient - it\'ll take time to produce a descent shot
Pros: - small - cheap - 4,5x macro
Summary: I came across this lens on the net some time ago and went looking for it second hand but I couldn\'t find a descent copie that was either well priced or I had to pay too much import duties. I bought it new than... If you want to shoot those big eyes of a fly or spider, don\'t bother getting this lens, unless your common fly or spider is already dead... You need to get this lens very close to the object.
