Cons: Actually, was not able to find any real imperfections. Little vignetting wide open will be corrected in LR by implemented engine. Do not recommend use it at f9,0 and up, due to diffraction. Even at f8.0, 36MP sensor is beginning to be eaten alive by this lens. ( Do not know, if this diffraction is cons. For me it is just evidence of high resolving power and perfect centering!).
Pros: Extremally sharp thru the zoom, especially at the long end, even wide open. At 24mm, the best at f4.0 - 4.8. Amazingly good stabilization. Very small amount of flare of any kind. You need to try hard to find any CA. Very high color/contrast ratio.
Summary: Very good optical instrument. To get max potential from this lens, using Tap-in-console is strongly recommended.

Cons: If this can be considered a minus, that is, a small drop in sharpness at the long end, which is quite normal for similar analogues.
Pros: Great stabilizer, amazing sharpness all over the field, starting with the open aperture. Very good constructive, the lens hood has a lock. Great color rendering and fast autofocus.
Summary: For those who want to save a substantial amount to buy a reportage lens, which is almost as good as the best analogues from native manufacturers, this lens will be an excellent choice. Not regret.

Cons: Moderate level of distortion at the wide end. Heavy - as expected. Not much else to complain about. Minor imperfections will be easily corrected in post-processing.
Pros: Very solid and well built. Quick and quiet focus. Focus is spot-on with my Nikon D610 compared to manual focusing in live view.. Accurate color. Just amazing sharpness. At F2.8, this is very good. By F4-5.6, image is sharp across the frame. This lens will be well matched for new high resolution cameras.
Summary: This is a very impressive lens and an exceptional value. Great handling and image quality. The G2 could be the best lens I will ever own.
