Overall
Owner since: 1 year
Price: $449
User profile: Professional
Cons: Not as sharp at full wide aperture (f 1.4) in the corners as the recent Leica Summilux and Summicrons but that is fixed past f 2.8. Sharp in the center with a nice creamy rendition (especially in BW).
Pros: Cosmetically a copy-cat of the Leica Summilux. Extremely well-built and sturdy (metal and 1 aspherical lens). Screw-in metal lens-shade (again a copy-cat of the Summilux), and METAL lens-cap.
Summary: Extremely well-built and capable lens, especially for the price.
