Overall
Owner since: 4 years
Price: 50 usd
User profile: Semipro
Cons: None except the small maximum aperture.
Pros: Very small, very well built, with excellent optics. Excellent value for a full frame camera such as the Sony A900.
Summary: Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small normal zoom lens with remarkable optical qualities for the price.
Overall
Owner since: 3 months
Price: MYR380
User profile: Semipro
Cons: Very short or limited range (35-70). Can't focus anything within 4feet but....
Pros: Solid built. Compact and light weight. Constant F4 and very helpful yet useful Macro. Again, Minolta Colour!
Summary: How can I saw. This lens is truly ideal for midrange shooter and yes, it is sharp. Almost as sharp as prime lens standard, shall i saw close to 95%? :) Macro is superb too but anything within 4feet :) So far, I'm very pleased and happy with this lens. Gonna keep it as collection although I won't use it much :)
