6. Distortion

The verifocal lens with 2.86x zoom should not have large distortion at the edge of the frame. Therefore we have nothing to complain about the Canon 70-200 f/4L. The distortion, for all the focal lengths, is minor. At 70 mm we noticed a minimal barrel distortion of -0.49% level. At 135 mm it becomes a pincushion and values 0.50%. When going up the focal length scale the distortion becomes a bit stronger and at 200 mm we have results of 0.75%.
