Cons: Plastic mount, slightly jerky zoom action
Pros: Lightweight and sharp
Summary: I traded it for the older 14-45mm which is much smoother to zoom, has a metal mount and maybe just that bit sharper. Given that the G series cameras are supposed to be a superior line it is a shame Panasonic cheapened their standard kit lens. The older lens is rising in price on e*bay which is an indication that people who get this one with their new camera are making the switch. For me the jerky zoom action was the deal breaker.
