Pros: Very high resolution lens but with low contrast! Many people say that it has the highest resolution from all Leica m39 mount lenses

Cons: Bad close focus distance
Pros: Biogon 35 f2 in head to head comparison with Ultron 35 f1.7 ltm, has more corrected image, especially chromatic aberrations, but similar resolution. Personally I like much more the Ultron pictures atmosphere, tough, because Ultron has low contrast character but with nice clarity details Ultron ltm it is a discontinued lens and who has it they loves it.

Cons: 0,9m close focus It have some chromatic aberation at 1.7 but in post processing will disappears.
Pros: It i sharp enough for 1.7. Solid bild quality with a beautiful aging because it is made of brass yellow metal
Summary: This lens have a special clasic rendering, for my taste more pleasant than the more corrected new version, witch have more \"clinical\" modern rendering than this old version.
