Coma is visible at all focal lengths but its level is not exceptionally high. It will cause some troubles at the shortest focal length, where a diode picture spot turns into a four-pointed “star”. Near the 17 mm focal length that aberration is the lowest and it increases slightly at 24mm.

Nikon Nikkor AF-S DX 10-24 mm f/3.5-4.5G ED - Coma and astigmatism

The way the Nikkor 10-24 mm corrects astigmatism is difficult to fault. The 7% result is good, although not very good.
