Olympus Zuiko Digital 35 mm f/3.5 Macro

6. Distortion

Fixed focal macro lenses shouldn’t have any problems with deformations on the frame edge. The tested Olympus is not an exception to that rule because in its case we get barrel distortion of –0.78%. It is a very similar level to that of its rivals because, e.g. the Canon 2.0/35 had distortion amounting to –0.73%.
