Lens review

Canon EF-S 24 mm f/2.8 STM

9. Ghosting and flares

A small number of elements and their inferior size are undoubtedly two assets when it comes to the work against bright light; still in and of themselves they don’t guarantee a complete success. The coatings still have to be applied and the whole inner construction – properly darkened. Canon took care of it very well so the performance against bright light of the tested lens should be assessed very highly.
