9. Ghosting and flares

Performance against bright light is not a strong point of the Irix 1.4/30. You can catch flares in your photos no matter what aperture you employ and no matter what the position of the sun is. What's even worse, we managed to register distinct light artifacts even when the source of bright light was far away from any of the frame corners.
