The Sigma 150 mm f/2.8 APO EX OS MACRO DG HSM lens has just arrived to our editorial office. We mounted it to Nikon D3x camera and took ​​a few sample photos, immediately. This interesting lens was officialy anounced on August 2010 but it appeared in stores very recently. Today, we can show you gallery of sample images taken by this lens mounted on Canon EOS 1Ds MkIII body. Enjoy! Please remember that all images are JPEG files straight from the camera. 13,5-gigapixel panoramic photo was made from 1 428 individual images. This panorama was shot from the top of the Dominanta Praska, one of the office buildings in Warsaw, on May of 2011. The author is Radosław Piotrowski who has taken up panoramic photography since 2006. Panorama was creating in cooperation with Sigma ProCentrum and Optyczne.pl/LensTip.com. All images were made using Sigma lens – 300 mm F2.8 EX DG HSM APO.

Almost three weeks ago we published sample images taken with the Nikkor AF-S 50 mm f/1.8G lens, mounted to the Nikon D3x body. Since then we have managed to test this lens carefully and today we have the pleasure to present its review. Enjoy!

Today Leica company has presented its new compact camera V-LUX 30. Below you can find some sample images and movies taken with the pre-production version of this model (but with the final firmware). All images were saved in JPEG format with the highest resolution and the highest quality. Standard color mode was chosen.

At the beginning of 2011, along with launches of new reflex cameras, a new kit lens was shown as well - we think here about the EF-S 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II model, equipped with optical image stabilization, which is supposed to accompany the simplest reflex camera in the Canon line-up so the 1100D.
