Coma does not show much of itself in the tested Tokina. Even with the f/2.8 value of the stop, the diode situated in the corner of the frame is only insignificantly deformed, which enables to regard the correction of this fault as satisfactory.

A very good quality of image, even with the wide-open lens, Tokina, by all means, owe to a slight astigmatism. Since the average difference of vertical and horizontal values of MTF50 achieved only an insignificant level of 2%, enabling to consider the degree of correction as excellent.
