Samsung NX 20-50 mm f/3.5-5.6 ED

9. Ghosting and flares

Samsung NX 20–50 mm f/3.5–5.6 fares averagely well while working against bright light. We didn’t have to toil to find flares like those presented below. The most disturbing are the flares visible at the widest angle; they can be caught even if the source of light is situated near the frame centre. No lens hood will be helpful in such a popular landscape setting. By the way we don’t get any lens hood with the lens. When the source of light situated on the very edge of the frame the significant contrast decrease is also clearly noticeable.
