The Venus Optics LAOWA STF 105 mm f/2 (T3.2) is equipped with a very comfortable and efficient focus ring with a range of 270 degrees. It allows you to set the focus with great precision; a clear depth of field scale on the casing helps as well.

Venus Optics LAOWA STF 105 mm f/2 (T3.2) - Focusing

The 105 mm focal length and f/2.0 aperture are not easy parameters for finding your focus as the depth of field is quite shallow. You need a good viewfinder and a focusing screen plus some experience. A “focus peaking” option might also be quite useful providing that your camera features it.
