Such original and complex optical constructions as the Samyang 35-150 mm always face a huge challenge when it comes to ensuring good performance against bright light. Unfortunately it seems this taks was a bit too difficult for the Samyang – flares are quite bothersome, especially at the longer end of the focal spectrum where they are able to spoil the whole shot. The Samyang fares here distinctly weaker than the Tamron.
