The Nikkor 18-70 mm SWM motor works very well. It is fast and quiet but most importantly it is very dependable. In testing conditions it was mistaken only in 3% of cases, which makes this result very good.
If you look very closely at our pictures you can notice that there is a slight back focusing. As you can see in the pictures below, it is not very bothersome.
