Pentax smc DA* 55 mm f/1.4 SDM

13 May 2009

9. Ghosting and flares

At maximum aperture the work against bright light is good. The situation gets worse together with stopping down, making light artifacts easily noticed at around f/8.0. The expensive Pentax with praised SMC coatings shouldn’t produce such effects.
