6. Distortion

In the case of the Tokina 80-400 mm the distortion won’t cause us practically any problems. At 80 mm it is still, within the margin of error, on zero level ( -0.02%). It increases slightly on passing to 135 mm focal length where we noticed the level of 0.60%. Then it increases slowly and at 200 mm it reaches 0.79% and at 300 mm – 0.87%. A very similar value, amounting to 0.83% we got at 400 mm.
