Samyang 12 mm f/2.8 ED AS NCS Fish-eye

9. Ghosting and flares

Good coatings and good blackening inside the lens mean the Samyang 2.8/12 doesn’t have almost any problems with flares. It is an important factor because, dealing with such wide angles of view, it would be difficult to avoid a situation in which the sun is inside the frame or close to one of its corners while taking photos on a sunny day. In this category the lens deserves our praise.
