Olympus M.Zuiko Digital 40-150 mm f/2.8 ED PRO

27 July 2016

9. Ghosting and flares

Work against bright light of the Olympus PRO 40-150 mm is far from perfect. Still, if you take into account its huge front element, practically not sheltered at all, and the complex optical construction it would be difficult to complain a lot.

Flares are visible only when the sun is positioned inside the frame or right outside its corner; in other situations it is difficult to catch any light artefacts and the contrast of photos doesn’t decrease as well.
