Sony FE 85 mm f/1.8

9. Ghosting and flares

The images produced by the Sony FE 85 mm f/1.8 while performing against bright light are not completely free of any ghosting and flares but the overall situation is not bad. The number of flares remains decently low and their intensity is rather moderate. We didn't notice huge contrast decreases similar to those we observed while testing the Sony FE 85 mm f/1.4 GM.
