In this category the Viltrox AF 15 mm f/1.7 Air surprised us very nicely not so long ago. Its 25 mm brother, because of the narrower angle of view, had it a tad easier here but, what's interesting, it performed a tad weaker. Overall the performance in this category still fits medium levels but there are some spots where you can have some reservations.
The biggest problems you experience when you stop down the aperture more significantly and put the source of bright light right outside the corner. Then you can catch a diagonal flare that loses its intensity as you move away from the source of light and turns into a slight arc.
As a kind of consolation you can add that the Viltrox doesn't show any distinct contrast loss across the frame at any combination of light positions and aperture values.
