Hoya is a popular manufacturer for photographers since it makes all kinds of photographic accessories. It also has a very wide range of UV filters. The standard filter version offers two-sided antireflective coatings and a good balance between price and quality.

The Standard version received the fourth place in our ranking. It costs as much as the winner – the Hoya HMC UV – and doesn’t have any additional advantages which would convince us to buy it.
