We were very afraid that we would never write a good opinion about any tandem consisting of a Canon camera and a Sigma lens. We were wrong after all! With the biggest pleasure we announce that not all Sigmas experience autofocus problems. An HSM motor- based focusing mechanism, which was used in the Sigma 10-20 mm, works splendidly – it is silent, quick and efficient. In studio conditions it missed on average one time out of 100 shots – you have to admit it’s an excellent result!

We also didn’t notice any front or back-focus tendencies.
