Lens review

Sony DT 35 mm f/1.8 SAM

9. Ghosting and flares

The tested lens works against bright light relatively well. We managed to catch two kinds of artifacts. Regardless of the aperture value we can notice pinkish hue in the area close to the strong source of light. Apart from that a green “ghost” appears in the frame; near the maximum relative aperture it stays in the centre (with the source of bright light positioned in the corner) and on stopping down it grows and moves toward the source of light.
