Panasonic Leica DG Summilux 12 mm f/1.4 ASPH
10. Autofocus
We don’t have any reservations concerning the accuracy of the mechanism – it performed well no matter to what Olympus body it was attached. The number of misses in studio and during the outdoor session was on a level of 1%. What’s interesting, the autofocus performed the weakest while cooperating with the Panasonic GX80. There were perhaps not many mistakes but, while taking photos of different charts or autofocus testing arrangements with the lens attached to the GX80 the repeatability of settings was the lowest.
Finally the tested lens didn’t show any front or back focus tendencies.
