10. Autofocus

The autofocus of the tested lens, when joined with the Sony A7R II camera, is noiseless and sensibly fast. Running through the whole distance range and confirming the focus takes about 0.5 of a second. It is a good performance.

When it comes to accuracy we didn't have a lot of problems but once again the situation wasn't perfect either. The lens missed in about 2% of cases and, what's interesting, these misses happened also in very good lighting conditions.

We didn't experience any problems with front or back focus tendencies.
