It's impressive that the Apo Lanthar even corrects distortion properly, showing that it is a construction compromise-free.
Apo Lanthars in general are devices characterized by a very successful combination of tradition and modernity. You get a manual classic lens, made entirely of metal and glass. Contrary to many contemporary trends, the producer took proper care of its dimensions and weight, keeping them as compact as possible. At the same time, the lens can communicate with a camera because it features contacts. All important data are saved in EXIF and your image is automatically enlarged during the focusing, ensuring great comfort of work.
